By Linda Harvey The Spa Complex at the Saratoga Spa State Park (1930-1935) has a very significant architectural sculpture created by the Yonkers, New York artist George Holburn Snowden, (1901-1990). Snowden who sculpted exclusively in clay, stone, and bronze had the distinction of working with the renown French artist Auguste Rodin’s sculpting tools that he
